Physical cards are no longer issued for the Smart Choices program.

The final quiz course allows for two attempts to achieve a passing grade. If both attempts are failed, the certification will need to be re-purchased in order to attempt the quiz again. If you need to re-purchase, please contact Support.

No-refund Policy: The cost of the course is not refundable, cancellable, nor transferable. The credit card provided will be charged the full amount at the time of the purchase.
